Szkolenie z pisania wniosków na konkurs wydziałowy dla doktorantek/ów odbędzie się w Instytucie Filologii Angielskiej dn. 26 września 2013 r. o godz. 11:00, w sali 1.106. Szkolenie poprowadzi Anna Kowalcze-Pawlik, stypendystka programu START Fundacji Nauki Polskiej, lauretka programów NCN Etiuda oraz Preludium.

Przed szkoleniem odbędzie się krótka dyskusja w języku angielskim na temat możliwości pozyskiwania grantów NCN dla doktorantek/ów zagranicznych - 26 września, godz. 10:30, sala 1.106.

This week, 26 September, 11:00 a.m. all Ph.D. candidates from our Department are welcome to join in a meeting hosted by the Institute of English Studies, room 1.106. We will talk about the young scholars' Departmental grant scheme, your applications and whatever else you have in mind as far as this particular programme is concerned. The meeting will be led by Anna Kowalcze-Pawlik, laureate of the START scholarship for the Foundation for Polish Science as well as winner of two grants from the National Centre of Science.

Before the meeting, at 10:30 there will be an informal discussion in English about the National Centre of Science grants.

At the beginning of October we are planninga general presentation on the funding opportunities for Ph.D. candidates, but the exact time and place is yet unknown. It will be aimed first and foremost to cater for the needs of 1st and 2nd year students, but all are welcome.
