The scientific network Pax Byzantino-Slava elected Professor Maciej Czerwiński its President for the next two years. In this way, the Institute of Slavic Philology of Jagiellonian University is taking presidency of the network grouping almost thirty academic institutions from Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Montenegro, Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, the Republic of North Macedonia and the Russian Federation.
The main scientific coordinator at the Institute of Slavic Philology will be Professor Jan Stradomski, an expert in the field, who is going to be responsible for the implementation of the Convention of the Network, namely the “coordination of the Convention that namely common efforts in the domain of science so as to affirm the cultural and spiritual values embodied in the concept of Pax Byzantino-Slava”.
